Seven things about me you may not know…Um…
Well, I live in a little townhouse community with a flatmate, who is also a great friend of mine. She works, I go to university, and we both pay the bills.
I’m single by choice. Not that I haven’t met any nice guys in my life. I just don’t seem to have much luck when it comes to relationships.
I’m terrified of horses. I agree with Sherlock Holmes in A Game of Shadows when he said: “They’re dangerous at both ends and… crafty in the middle.”
I’m getting my graduate degree in Biology. A lot of people think I’m a History major because of my love for the subject, but truth is, History is only one of my many passions.
I can’t just type out my novels on a computer, so I buy a special journal for every single novel I begin to write. Right now, I’m up to about eleven.
I generally quote movies and TV shows in any conversation. Sometimes, it really annoys my friends, but they humor me. My favorite quote, lately, is from The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel: “Everything will be all right in the end. So if it is not all right, it is not yet the end.”
I love hiking and tennis – both of which I have to set aside for a while because I lost a toe nail over the summer and it still hasn’t grown back. 😛 I also love to paint, sketch, and travel. I really want to visit Egypt someday. See the Nile River, the pyramids, and the temples.
And that is about it. Some blogs I like to nominate for this award are:
- Making the Grade
- Kelsey’s Book Corner
- 2 Read Or Not 2 Read
- Sophi Frost
- Lisa Rivero
- Magan Vernon
- Liberty Gilmore
Thank You!!!
Oh my god… ever since I saw the movie last week I’ve been using and finding excuses to use that quote. 🙂
I am up to my 10th journal… hmmm you’re one step ahead.
Good luck with your studies, I’m glad I knew all these facts about you, especially the last one since I’m already there at the moment, doing my bachelor’s degree 🙂

Man, I’m jealous! The closest I can get to Egypt, right now, is by watching the Discovery or the Travel channel. 😀 You’ll have to tell me what it’s like one of these days.
I absolutely loved The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. I thought it was one of the best movies of the year, and I really enjoyed the cast!
I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one who uses journals for their writing. BTW, I’m only one ahead as of last weekend. The idea just kind of struck like lightning, but the concept is still young and underdeveloped. 🙂

Kelsey, thank you so much! I have been traveling and am just now catching up with email and blogs. This award nomination was such a nice surprise.
You know that one of my favorite things about you is how you write longhand.
