Renae at The Siren Song has posted a cool activity called “You’re It!“. It’s based on a game of Internet tag from Coffee. Tea. And Literary. The blogger is to answer eight questions, and then tag other bloggers to answer the same.
1. If you could have a superpower, what would you have? Why?
My answer is always changing to this question. Hum, the power to be able to make copies of myself – that way, I can get more things done in less time. Of course – I also what the power to pull myself back together after I completed my chores (hee hee).
2. Who is your style icon?
Amanda Bynes in “What a Girl Wants” and “Sydney White”.
3. What is your favorite quote?
Oh, man. So many to choose from. Hum. I think I’ll go with – “Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” ~ Unknown.
4. What is the best compliment you’ve ever received?
Any compliment on my work. Whether it be on my writing or on a project for school or home improvements. Compliments are just wonderful to hear!
5. What playlist/cd is on your ipod/cd player right now?
Hold on – let me take a look. Let’s see. I have Transformers in my CD player, I have my Death’s Island playlist on my computer, I have ‘writing project one’ playlist in my car, and I have a variety of artists on my cell phone (last song: Drops of Jupiter by Train). Yes, where ever I may go, music is sure to follow!
6. Are you a night owl or a morning person?
Really – neither. I stay up late when I have to, or when Castle is on, or maybe sometimes while I’m reading a book. As for being a morning person, well that’s because of my school schedule. If I could, I would sleep in.
7. Do you prefer dogs or cats?
Oh, man. Well, I would say I’m more of a cat person than a dog person. But, I love dogs too.
8. What is the meaning behind your blog name?
The reason I called my site Ketch Tavern is because, as I have written over the years, I have found myself drawn to a period in time during 1650 to 1785. Especially to the old taverns and the stories told by sailors and travelers.
So, TAG! You’re it! (hee hee)
